Designing around the children

One golden rule in interior decorating is to always consider the hard rules that your client can’t bend on. For example, your client may have little children and choose to avoid glass tables for safety purposes. While you may feel that he or she will love the glass table you have in mind, under no circumstances should you use one. When your customer see’s it in the design it will be interpreted as you not listening and can cause your client to doubt your overall abilities.
